I retain ownership rights of the art, thus your commission may not be used for commercial purposes or otherwise. Additionally, your commission CANNOT, under any circumstance, be minted as an NFT, nor can it be used in nor for the training of any AI program.4. You have personal use of the commission and may share it non-commercially with credit back to me as the artist. I may post the art to my social media with credit to you as a customer, or on my website as a commission example.5. 2-3+ reference images and/or a detailed written description must be provided if there is no reference.6. I may charge extra than the prices provided for your commission based on the complexity of design(s) and/or the number of elements.
